Your rights always protected
If you believe that we have not resolved a complaint satisfactorily, you have the right to use arbitration.
This refers to an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure in the consumer field that arises when the parties cannot agree on the most appropriate solution and use an arbitration tribunal to resolve the disagreement. Both parties commit to comply with the tribunal's decision. Claims between consumers and businesses, which can be resolved through consumer arbitration, are managed through the Murcia Consumer Arbitration Board. It is a free system and much more agile than legal action.
In accordance with Article 2.2 of RD 713/2024 of July 23, disputes concerning intoxication, injury, death or events where there are reasonable indications of a crime cannot be subject to consumer arbitration.
For the arbitration process, it is necessary that you have previously submitted a complaint to the company and received a response. If you find this unsatisfactory, you have the right to use the company's Customer Counsel services, or you can go to the OMIC (Municipal Consumer Office) in Murcia or the Consumer Arbitration Board and request mediation or arbitration.
